Dr. John is amazing. He made my root canal procedure painless and easy. As a dentist myself, I love to work with Dr. Stuparitz because I need to build my dentistry on top of his, and his foundation is perfect every time. He’s been an integral part of my team because in my practice quality is the most important metric and that’s what he delivers. Dental work is never fun but this is as good as it gets.

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. They called to make the appointment. Made it very simple and convenient. They called the day before as a reminder which I alway need. The day of the per appointment I was taken care of from the moment I walked through the door. Very friendly, courteous and kind. No wait to see the doctor and that was nice. They explained everything very clearly and told me what was needed. How it would go and recovery time. The next step was to set an appointment to have the work done. I expected the wait time to be weeks or a month. They got me in the next day. Performed the work needed in 2 hours and back to work I was. This was the kicker. They called me the very next day to ask how I was and that everything was ok. I’m not used to being treated so well. To sum things up, I recommend this Doctor and his office to any and all looking for great and superior service. I have not always enjoyed going to the dentist but this place was the best from start to finish.

The doctor and staff were amazing. I am a huge Dental chicken and was very nervous. They did everything possible to alleviate the anxiety and make this as positive of an experience as a root canal can be lol I would totally recommend to anybody who needs this type of service. Hopefully I won’t need it again, but if I do that’s where I’ll be going.

👎🏻👎🏻 I visited this dental/endodontic office for a consultation and X-rays related to a previous root canal issue. I paid around $200 out of pocket, and my insurance also covered additional charges for the visit. After the appointment, I faced ongoing difficulty obtaining my dental records and X-rays. Despite multiple phone calls and emails, responses were delayed or not addressed properly. In some instances, calls were transferred to voicemail or disconnected during conversation when I was requesting my records. Today 5/21 at 11:15 am the receptionist called because I left voice mail that I need an appointment. When I did reach the office, communication felt unprofessional and unhelpful, especially when I was simply trying to have my medical records sent to another provider for further care. Patients should be able to access their dental records in a timely and respectful manner. I am sharing this experience so others are aware and can make informed decisions before choosing this office. I have all email and call proofs. With no follow up or no reply.

I would give this practice zero stars if I could based on my FIRST experience . My experience with the front desk was extremely disappointing. The receptionist, Lovett, was rude and unhelpful when answering the phone. I had to call multiple times just to reach someone, and after leaving a voicemail, I didn’t receive a callback until several hours later. When I finally spoke with her, I asked a few questions about the doctor, the process, and the equipment used—understandably, since this is a costly out-of-pocket procedure and I want to make an informed decision. However, she seemed clearly annoyed by my questions. When I asked if there was someone else or a manager I could speak with, she simply said no. I then asked when a manager might be available, and her response was repeatedly, “I don’t know,” with no effort to assist further. Just simply hung up the phone. Very professional.. This interaction gave me a very poor first impression of the practice. In contrast, when I contacted other offices, including Grayslake Endodontics and Brilliant Endodontics, I was greeted by professional, friendly, and accommodating staff who were happy to answer my questions.
